LN46B650 : Issues Connecting to Internet

Hello All,

I cannot connect my TV to the internet. I'm using a ethernet cable from the router. This setup worked in the past but now it is not working. The network setting in the TV is set to automatic.

Any ideas/thoughts on how I can fix it?

It's difficult to determine. Did you reset the router, or the television or perform any detail between the time it was working and the time it stopped working?

Thanks for the quick reply. I didn't reset the router. I however updated the firmware on TV.After I updated the firmware, Internet TV worked for couple of days.

As it was not working I reset the router to see if it fixes the problem. Unfortunately it didn't fix the problem.

Fixed by Samsung service

technician replaced the main board in the TV.
