LN46A850 Heat issue on the back of the upper right corner

i am wondering, how come the back of the upper right corner(face TV) has a spot that generates a lot of heat and it is hot when touch it, after 10-20mins of usage.
is it normal? it gets even hotter after hours of watching. what kind of electrical parts is in there? anyone think this is normal or not?

This would appear to be somewhat normal, as the panel and electronics can generate heat.

oh, by the way, for LN46A850, does it has fans inside the TV that blow the heat out?
