I have Samsung LN46A750 a 2008 model. Can I use linkstick WIS09ABGN.

No, it requires the WIS08ABxx Linkstick. They are pretty hard to come by, so what I might recommend is if you can't find one, try a gaming adapter or a wireless bridge. If you do go that route, get one from the same manufacturer as your router so that if you need help with troubleshooting, you can work with the same company to get your InfoLink working.
