bonez1399,
Welcome to the forum and thanks for purchasing a Samsung.
I'm not sure that the content provider is going to solve all of the problems here, but it may have a part to play. When a HD signal is sent, there is some digital compression involved, which usually affects the "background" picture.
You might also make sure that your cable box is sending the highest resolution (toggle between 1080p and 1080i), as well as adjusting the AutoMotion Plus settings in the television. Sometimes this can make a difference in picture quality.
If you're really intent, you might offer a satellite company to "earn your business" by setting up their system so you can compare. (just a crazy idea, but maybe worth exploring?)
Keep me posted.

my brother has the 750 and is hooked up to satelite television, and it looks beautiful without a trace of motion blur. I, knowing the 650 had essentially the same specs , bought the older model because i expected it to perform the same. I have mine hooked up to HD cable and motion blur is evident in sports programs or when ever fast moving graphics are on screen. Could it be that cable is worse than satelite or is there something wrong with my tv? Should i switch to satelite? I saved up for so long for this tv waiting for the perfect price point and i am really dissapointed, any help would be appreciated
