LN46A630 - Power Turning off and on by itself

My 9 month old TV was working fine and then last night it started turning on and ioff by itself and never producing a picture from the FIOS HD DVR box visa HDMI cable. When it did come on a few times there were samll boxes in random parts of the screen hich were usualy a small rectangle of light blue. One time about the right 1/3 of the picture was red and white wavy lines. Occasionally the screen would show up that is looking for a signal, but if you would try and select one it would start going crazy again.

I hooked up another FIOS box and had the same problem. So I grabbed a small Samsung LCD from one of my spare bedrooms and hooked it up to the original FIOS box and everything workes great.

Any clue to what is going on with my TV?

You should still be within warranty for the unit. You can call 800-SAMSUNG and request to schedule a service technician come out to inspect and repair the unit. Keep me posted.
