You might check to see what resolution is coming in on the television itself. See if changing the resolution changes the amount of tracing that happens.
The true test would probably be the Blu-Ray player. If you still see the tracing while viewing Blu-Ray content at 1080p, then I would definitely recommend having the unit serviced.

The images on my TV seem to have a tracer. The problem is so slight, I believed it to be my imagination but now I am convinced it is not. It appears to be worse on HD programs through my WOW HD cable box and worse still on ones I play back on my DVR. I have only had the TV for a few days and haven't played any Bluray so I do not know if the problem exists there as well. The higher I set the Automotion 120 the worse the tracers are, so for now I have that set to off. Is there a setting to change this or should I be thinking about calling in a repair?
