Trying to get this unit on the Internet using a D-Link DAP 1522. Had the unit working until I changed service providers. The router acknowledges the D-lank but the Samsung will not connect to the d-Link in auto mode. According to the manual you are to press a certain button on the remote but that button does not exist on mine. Any suggestions before I go completely BALD?

Try it without the bridge.

And if that works, try a factory reset on the DAP then setup as if it was coming right out of the box. If that fails the hardware is incompatible or failing.

The TV requires a dongle in order to connect to the internet otherwise. There is a manual setup mode for the internet settings on the TV but I do not know what they should be. The auto setup worked before with no problem. This has transpired after going to Bell Altv. The firmware of the D-Link has been updated and a factory reset has been done. The D-Link is in DHCP mode as well. The Hub 3000 router acknowledges the D-Link it's just the settings on the TV that are wrong and I am not sure what to put in . Asking for IP, Subnet, DNS, Gateway not sure where to find that info.

Incompatible?

Something incompatible or misconfiguration. For this issue I'll run an Ethernet cable to see if the TV Internet works then start over (NEVER WITH ANY WIFI EXTENDERS and ALWAYS AT 20 Feet.)

Any bridges or extender are never deployed because the call back rate was far too high. We use powerline links if required.
