EgakagoC2xI,
How do you have it connected to the internet?

Every time I tried to use Internet in my TV, I got "Service Not Supported "messagge". Does anybody know why that happens or how can I work it out?.

Yes, I Have everything else working but that, I was wondering if that service was only for US, I Live in Colombia.
EgakagoC2xI,
I don't know if those features are available, or in which countries. The best I can suggest is to call the service center in your region and inquire what features are available.

I too face the same problem "Service not supported". When I contacted Samsung India, they replied this feature is not available here. They don't know when will it be available too.!
Surprisingly Samsung or the dealers never publish the fact if a feature is not available, but continue the common advertisement by default. Even the showrooms said, its possible to use but they couldn't demonstrate the Internet feature in the showroom.
Suppressing the relevant information to Customer is not good to Samsung. Reliability of the Brand name gets a hit due to this.
However overall performance of the LCD TV is quite good.
