by map.benji / January 17, 2010 3:35 AM PST

I have downloaded the upgrade V2003.2. When I input the USB stick into the slot it says that my current version is 999999 do I wish to continue. Just for your information I live in Canada.
Has anybody seen such a weird message or version number. I would like to know if it is safe to continue with the firware upgrade.

map.benji,

I have seen this issue before, and yes, it is safe to install the new firmware over that particular version. I do apologize for the confusion, as I can appreciate how this would be alarming, but we are aware of it and your new firmware should load without issue.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
