GuillermoHernandez,
Your best may be to call a service tech and have them come out and see the symptom firsthand, and they'll be able to determine how to fix it. It's rare that a 7-series is affected like this, but from what I've seen, it can be corrected.

I have a Samsung LN40A750 and tried to connect to a Sony Blu-Ray BDPS350 via HDMI and 'static' noise came out of the left speaker. Once I put in a disc, the noise dissapears until the unit is turned off and turned back on. Tried another Sony Blu-Ray BDPS350 (borrowed from my friend) and got the same noise. Exchanged the Sony Blu-Ray BDPS350 for a Sony Blu-Ray BDPS360. Same noise. I do not have this problem with Sony Playstation/3. When I connected the 3 units, I tried with 3 different HDMI cables and in different HDMI inputs on the TV. I also set the HDMI Audio output option to 2 Channels.
Another issue is that when I turn on the Verizon FIOS box Model 7100, the cable box remote control takes 3-5 minutes to work.
I saw similar issues with a LN46A850, another brand of Blu-Ray player (do not remember the brand) and Satellite Box, so I am glad to know I am not the only one having these weird issues.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
