LN32B360 Program Info

by ab5gq / September 6, 2009 7:28 AM PDT

I just got a new LN32B360C5D -- the set works GREAT except one thing. It does not appear to be picking up the program info (channel name etc).

On the digital channels when I try to edit the program into (channel name etc) it says "There's no program info. Tune the channel first"

On the cable (analog) channels it says "There's no program info"

When I press the 'tools' (blue) button is says "Not Avaliable"

The software version I have is : T-STL3FAUSHC-10118.1 (i upgrased it to see if it would resolve the proble, but no luck)

I'm on Charter Cable in Fort Worth Texas.

Any clue why it's behaving this way?

Ok, I've figured out how to label the 'analog cable' channels with the 'tools' button; however, I'm not seeing the PSIP information on the digital channels. Any ideas why? Cound my cable company be stripping this data before they re-broadcst the local HD channels? Do I have something set wrong in settings?

Same thing here on Comcast, Seattle but not with all channels. Some of the digital ones have PSIP data and the TV decodes it fine, but not all!

I suspect it's a bug in the TV firmware and unfortunately the last version as now 1016 doesn't fix this Sad

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
