I have samsung LN-T 4661F that just clicks when you try to turn it on
I have a open repair from samsung waiting on a call back. After research on this problem I found alot of customers having the same issue. It seems the capacitors on power supply board are going bad.

Ed77us5,

Sorry to hear you're having these issues. Keep me posted after your repair technician does the work, and let me know how it goes.

The TV repair man just left my house and had to take the TV back to shop .He said it was the power supply and they have had numerous ones with the same problem. It seems to me the Samsung has let customers down on this issue.

tv repaired

I just received my TV back from repair service they were very nice and explained their work .It was the power supply board and they said they have had numerous ones with the same problem. I bought this TV for my mother?s 80th birthday and it did not last for her 81th .I registered it online so I got 3 more months warranty which was a good thing. Samsung support took care of the issue for me. The only problem that I can see is if there is a problem with certain models Samsung should notify customer?s that registered so if they have trouble they could take care of it .Hopefully it will last for my mother?s 82nd birthday.
