I'm sorry to hear that you're having this problem again.
This is a service inquiry, however, and it can be addressed in (and I believe out) of warranty. I don't know at which point the units are replaced; that would have to be determined by the service staff.
You can fill out an online service request here:
Or call 800-SAMSUNG to schedule a service also.
Well i thought i researched my television to death. The last TV i bought cost 350.00 and lasted, well. I still have it 18 years.
I saved for quite awhile and broke down and invested in a 52A650.
Not long after i noticed that the bezel was separating from the housing. Still under Manufacture warranty. Sammy sent a tech and replaced it. I thought that would be the end, as i read the threads and learned that it was a common problem and the new bezels were the fix.
Well, not so. The first time it separated at the top right of the frame. it is happening in the exact same spot.
At what point can I get a replacement television? I also had the tech do the tweaking of the specs. Will this be more money lost?
Can the tech advise a replacement. It seems that it is a combination of the bezel and the actual body of the set. It also has a lean to it. I had read of this before also. Is this lean only prominent with the sets that have a swivel base?
Did they ever offer the swivel bases on newer models.
I would really prefer to get a newer set before the warranty runs out.
and i am stuck with a 2700.00 set that has pieces warping off of it.
