This is a total SCAM so BEWARE!! Save yourself all the trouble that we all have been through. It took them so long to ship the product after countless emails and phone calls. I heard so many excuses but until I demanded my money back was it finally shipped and I received it 4 months later from the time I first ordered it. I had a new smart tv and didn't get one single local channel beyond any cable channels. It is a plastic plug that plugs into an electrical outlet. That in itself could start a fire, I would think. Now I bought 5 of them with a lifetime warranty which the cost involved was $145.35 so I was determined to get my money back. When I finally got ahold of them which is not an easy task. I spoke on the phone to a foreigner which is acceptable nowadays. I went round and round with her when I told her the product didn't work like they claimed. She asked me is their any buildings or trees or mountains between me and the towers. I said well yeah I guess there would be, she said well that is why it doesn't work. I dont live by any mountains. I said but I live in a house which could be considered a building and their other houses on the block so there would be more buildings and we have trees on our properties that is why it doesn't work? She said yes, I said well that you just told me your product isn't going to work for anyone because we all live in buildings and have trees around us between us and the towers. Finally I got tired of going round and round with her so I asked you speak to a manager. She told me they don't have managers. I said you don't have managers, she said no. I asked so who is your boss , she said we have supervisors. I said can I speak to one of them, she said they are not working today. I told her I wanted to speak to the corporate office and get their phone number. She said they did not have a corporate office or phone number. I asked if they were based in the US, she said yes. I said so where are you right now, she said CA. I said so you are in California she said no, I'm in Canada. I said Canada is not in the United States of America. She did get a supervisor for me but I got nowhere with her either. By the way she put me on hold by putting the phone down on a desk or table and someone else picking up the phone. They refused to give me my money back. After talking to my bank they got my money back. We discovered they had a 609 area code number for them which they reported which is a Central New Jersey number but the company is out of Hong Kong. So is that Japan no I guess that is China then. They really need to learn geographical areas.
