Livestreaming Windows 8

Hi,
anyone any idea why it seems impossible to livestream sports, especially First Row on good old Windows8,(grrrrrrrrrr) it still works on XP, but on this fantastic new state of the art Windows 8.1 it does nothing, apart from an error which suggests "no playable source".

I can't guess why your PC has issues but XP can have issues so all I can see is that it was solved before but what is it this time. Could be that XP has Flash and 8.1 doesn't come with it installed.
