But posts like these are why I never use or suggest any of the MSFT LIVE products. I strongly suggest you move away from these offerings.
Can anyone help? Windows LIVE doesnt have a Customer support section only a help centre. I signed up a while ago, but never used it. I have forgotten my password - but when I go to sign it it says invalid email.
But I have a bigpond account that when people send me emails through that bigpond account they get this message below:
This Message was undeliverable due to the following reason: Each of the following recipients was rejected by a remote mail server. The reasons given by the server are included to help you determine why each recipient was rejected. Recipient: Reason: Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable Please reply to if you feel this message to be in error.
BUT I DO ACTUALLY GET THE EMAIL - BUT THEY THINK I HAVEN'T GOT IT!!
So I dont know what to do - I want to cancel the Live email but I cant do that because it doesn't recognise my live email but somehow it is linked to my bigpond email!!!
Can anyone help??
