Little red cross

Hi All

Often when I visit sites and click to get info I get a blank appear simarlar to the one I'm typing in now.In that square in the top left hand corner is a tiny square with a red X in it.

1 Can anyone tell me what this ?

2 Is there any way to ilminate this happening?

Plenty of possible causes and cures for red x.

Not mentioned there: depending on the cause, it could be a good idea to try Firefox in stead of IE.

You may need to install a JAVA program....

Go to link below and try the latest free JAVA Software Download. See if this Helps.

http://www.java.com/en/

If not, it could be a Security Setting in the IE options, may need to set to a medium level.
