The Black Hole (probably from the last 25 or so years)

Labryinth

The Brother from Outer Space (might be on the edge of 10)

Madison County wasn't bad at all!

OTOH it's very hard for me to list the worst movies... The worst always means that nothing was worse than that...

It's Meryl Streep. She attracts me about as much...

....but Meryl Streep denies it. The original was one of those films that's just so amazing it's hard to imagine any remake being worth even attempting, even with an actor of Denzel Washington's caliber.

My list (assuming we're limited to movies we've been unfortunate enough to have actually seen):

1. The Blair Witch Project -- not the least bit scary and all that handheld camerawork literally made me physically ill.

2. Oliver Stone's "Nixon." A very, VERY bad film and my opinion has nothing to do with its politics (and I'm no fan of Nixon's). It takes a lot to get me to walk out on a movie before it's over but once Nixon's mother started floating around the room, I was outta there.

Meryl

I realize Meryl may be a wonderful person, I don't really know one way or the other, don't really care to either.

There is just this odd feeling I get seeing her that makes me think of an barely animated cadaver, like something from Dawn of the Dead.

It may not have any basis, but there it is, just one of those odd quirks of nature that attract us to some people and causes us to avoid others, even without any known reason for it.

The original...

The original movie is awesome though! Probably Sinatra's best performance ever as an actor.

'Eyes Wide Shut'

OK, start with the premise that Tom Cruise can't get sex in NYC and move on to a tedious orgy.

I'm just thinking of films that you might expect to be good. 'Charlie's Angels II' ain't in that category. Wink

The Samsung RF23M8090SG

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
