Liquid Metal on PS3 and PS4

Sep 19, 2018 5:42PM PDT

Greetings Earthlings, (Cringe)
I am new here in this planet...and I come in peace.

Well, I have a question about Conductonaut that goes as follows- is it safe to use on a PS3 and the PS4 models? This paste seems like it will lengthen the life of basically anything that is not aluminum, i'm no expert but rather an enthusiastic joe who likes working on different projects on his time off.
Thank you in advance and...farewell.

Yes, I see that expensive thermal paste is not everything but when combined with other things it will surely pay off at least in the case of Conductonaut. I'm just not sure whether the PS3 CPU will be safe with this paste on it.

There should be no issue.

Since the PS3 is so far out of any warranty and is the same chip and heatsink technology that's been around for decades.

I think only the fretful will pause.
