I caught the cleaning staff with a spray bottle cleaning the TVs at the office. It was not a good thing.
I have a Samsung 40" LED TV (UE40B7020WWXXU) and a year ago it developed vertical lines. It took me 8 months to contact Samsung who said they'd pay for a partial repair. However, once they had it in the shop, and examined it, they are claiming liquid damage. Now, this is impossible because it sits it the corner of my room and can't have been exposed to liquid!
The engineer's photos are here: http://sdrv.ms/1a63KVe
What do you think? Liquid damage or Samsung pulling a fast one?
Thanks so much for any assistance,
