Linksys Wireless B Media Adaptor

It seems that my Linksys Wireless B Media Adaptor cannot find my ITunes music files on my computer which may mean the files need to be converted into a format that the Adaptor can find and read.

How do I convert the AAC Itunes files to MP3 or WAV for this purpose without altering the Itunes files I already have?

Make a CD, then rip to MP3. There may be other methods.
