Such printer queue problems have been around for decades. Your work as the consultant is to contact Linksys about any FIRMWARE updates or if printer drivers are the issue.
Again, you are the consultant and need to hit the phones with the makers of the equipment for the fastest resolution.

Is it possible for a document to get stuck in a print servers queue. My wifes dental office has a print server and Im suspecting that this may be the case. I havent had hands on yet, only trying to walk her through it over the phone. I had her unplug the power to the print server (only for 5 seconds) and plug it back in thinking this would clear it out. Do I need to leave the power off the print server for a longer time to clear its memory? Or is there some other software based area I need to look into?
The entire 6 computer network is running either XP home or XP Pro. All six computers are fed to a Linksys 8 port router with the printer server also plugged into a port on the router.
