does anyone use the linksys "network magic" program ? have you had any problems ?

Network Magic

I've used 5.5 for a couple of years. Started with the limited, free version, but found it so convenient to use (and so limited in that version) that I bought the full product. I wouldn't say that I've had any major problems (maintain a small home network with 4-5 computers in the ring), and once the initial setup was accomplished, it was really easy to add new computers. I will say that the "share" function is limited, but I don't really use it that much anyway.

Have had Network Magic for over a year has work fine until recently and NO support is being provided. Seems like Cisco has lost interest in NM Pro.
The program will crash on a regular basis. Have tried on many times to contact support with no this and u will fine may other too have this problem....with NO solution!

At this point I would stay away until this issue is resolved.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
