I have tried in settings, but there is no tab settings in settings!

In chrome the settings are in the Chrome Menu.

"Check your extensions to see if you added Chrome toolbox (blue widget-looking thing with a little orange flag).
Click on the toolbox and you should see that one of the options is "Open link in new tab."

Alternatively, add the Google Toolbox extension and unselect that option."

It appears that only shows if the extensions are installed. My Chrome has no such extension.
