Links bar in Explorer Window

by infinitelimit / December 31, 2006 11:35 PM PST

The Links bar only allows one row of links ot be stored before a dropdown button appears at the end of the row. Can the Links bar be modified to allow two rows? It must be a simple registry tweak, but I have not found it yet. My Explorer version is 6 with XP Pro OS.

Even IE7 hav a Menu Bar with Favorites and under that, I had created a new folder in the star that is Favorites and renamed it LINKS2 and IE7 under Favorites has Links & Links2 now. Same can be done with IE6, drawback is there is space only for 1 Links.

Links bar
by infinitelimit / January 1, 2007 12:18 PM PST

I am clear on how to add folders in Favorites, but they are only accessible in the Favorites dropdown menu. I want to expand the Links bar in the explorer window to provide two rows of links instead of only one. Any thoughts?
