when you are at a site, click the email icon in the toolbar of that window, choose Send a Link, and then enter the email address you want to send it to. Some ISP's block that type of method though as they see it as an attachment instead.
The other method is when you are at the site you want to send, click the email icon, choose New Message, then highlight the address bar of the window of the site, right click, choose COPY, then in the message area of the email window, right click and choose PASTE. This method usually works easiest without getting the mail denied by some ISP's.
