Funny,I had an idea along those lines...

We have some of the best EOD and explosives experts.

Why not buy up truck loads of RPG rounds,have our people modify them so that when the trigger is pulled the warhead detonates instead of the rocket firing? They could be distributed to dirtbags free of charge and would be a grand thing to watch from a distance Happy
