Everyone has their own preferences and definition of the word 'best,' so there is no clear answer to that question. Nero, Roxio, Sonic, Intervideo, Neto, and others all integrate Lightscribe compatibility into some of their burning software, so just choose the one you personally like the best. (All have free trial downloads.)
