I assume you are planning on taking action pictures with available light (no flash) while indoors.
To do that you need a camera with a large sensor and large lens which will take you past the 220 g weight.
And likely past the cost of 400 EUR.
Amazon reviews are feed-back from their customers.
So if they are reporting low light problems, they are likely wanting the same thing you want.
Expect the same result as they got.

Hi, I am going to buy a digital camera, instead of my old KODAK.
The goals: childen photos, in the room. So it should be quick, good zoom, work under conditions of low light (room).
Weight should be under 220 g, costs under 400 EUR.
I went over tests and recommendations. My favorite is Nikon l820, but it is too heavy (470 g).
Other test winners are: Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX7, Canon Ixus 255 HS, Canon S110, Canon PowerShot SX220 HS , Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ31...
Funny thing is: every one of them (test winners) have negative reviews in Amazon about picture quality of moving persons in room conditions.
Can somebody recommend me a good camera for these cases?
