Unluckily, the only Google hits for your problem is your own post at majorgeeks and all things suggested there don't seem to help.
So I'm afraid your two options are:
1. Don't use Java, don't use the Database Application of LibreOffice if it needs it.
2. Go back to factory conditions on your PC/laptop. On a cleanly installed Windows this error shouldn't occur.
