I have a LGVX8300. Yesterday my sons antibactarial soap spilled on it. It was fine for a few hours then started to act weird. When it was still working I thought it may be the low battery, but it then stopped working.
I went to Version and they said I could buy a phone at full retail (I can not get a discounted rate until Sept.) or get a small discount and have extend my contract for two years.
Is there anything I can try?
I took the battery out, but the phone does not have a sim and can not be opened to "dry out" the inside. The guy at the store suggested a dry place.
Any suggestions are appreciated. If it is a lost cause, can I go to a none verizone store and get a cheaper phone?
Thanks for any assistance!
