LG VX6100 external display

A little while ago I managed to get a crack in the external display screen of my LG VX6100. It still works fine but it is really annoying. So I went to a Verizon store and they said it would cost $50, or I could order the part myself from LG (which only cost arond $12 they said) and bring in the part and they'd do it for free. So, I've been trying to find a place that sells the glass screen for the 6100, but since LG's website is so worthless (www.lge.com, is there another one I don't know about?) they don't even have the vx 6100 listed as a product, and I can't even find a phone number since half their customer support pages are down. If anyone can point me in the right direction of a website that will tell me anything at all, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance
