Is that the makers do not share what all can be done in the service menu. You can ask for a service manual but many run about 15 to 100 dollars. I find folk unwilling to pay for a service manual and I won't buy it to answer their question since, money.
So the story so far is everyone is told to keep out of the service menu except when the support (LG hopefully) tells you to.
Hi, I have a problem with my LG TV. While trying to fix the HDMI problem (not showing option), I found about the service menu and that you could fix that in said menu. When I oppened the service menu for the first time, I accidently changed some of the settings without knowing. I closed It and now my TV is only showing the screen in a small portion of it (top-left side). Looking online I was able to change it a few times but I can't find the right settings so it fits propperly in the screen.
