If it doesn't work as it should after a factory reset, it needs repair. Might be expensive if outside warranty.

I have a peculiar problem with my LG lED TV. When I turn on the TV, the error keeps on blinking it lasts for ten seconds and when it disappers ten seconds later it appears again, on the left corner of the screen reading: " the program stopped working unexpectedly". And the error lasts as long as the set is on, and when the error window is on, I can not change any channel and I can switch to other channels only when the window disappears.
I had the reset factory done but it didn't help.
