You could try a factory reset and calibration with say the Disney WOW disc.
Time to make that call. You should ALWAYS make these calls early so it doesn't fall out of warranty and you are stuck because you waited.
The above was in warranty so no one should tell how to fix. Let them fix it.
I purchased this tv just over a year ago and just noticed that there is a blue tinted cloud in the center of the tv. Yellows appear green and skin tones take on gray color. I was wondering if anyone had an idea what could cause this, how to fix it, or if it is worth getting fixed if it is out of warranty? All help is appreciated, thank you.

Extend the warranty and wait 31 days. Then call it in.
It sure seems like you would have seen this inside the 1 year warranty but I continue to find folk that wait until too late. CHECK your credit card for extended warranty or did you buy it at Costco which has for years extended the warranty.
Fixing this is likely to mean a new OLED panel.
