Smart TVs are rationalized and part of the money you paid goes to the support in that country. Some think this is a global system but it's not. So the support not only walks on that plus other reasons.
Go get a Roku or such to pick up a newer smarter TV.
I bought LG 55LW6500 smart TV in 2012 in China. When later I moved to Jordan and brought it with me I discovered that most of the tv set smart features became inactive. In addition, Arabic language subtitles are not recognized. Local LG agent didnot agree to povide paid support as the TV set is not bought from him!
Can anybody help out with these issues?
