LG Smart WebOS TV Menu Options Missing

I've tried to look for a resolution to this online, but no-one seems to have experienced this before (or I can't find it).

On my LG Smart TV, when I hut the Q.Menu cog button it only brings up the Exit (X), Picture and Sound icons in the menu. There is no 'General' settings available. I noticed this when my wifi connection dropped and there was no way of accessing the Network section. I've tried pressing all sorts of button combinations, but there's no way I can raise the left side menu Anyone that includes all the important options.

The only time I was able to access it was when one of my apps lost the date and time and the TV opened it for me.

Has anyone come across this problem before, and have any idea how to resolve it?

Try a full reboot.

Power off, remove power for about 5 minutes.

Use their chat or phone to ask what's next. My bet is it needs service if they have no reset options.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
