I do see a release date on the firmware of 12/17/2013 so it's unlikely that the set arrived with that new a version.
If this fails and LG can't support it, I'd return it.

Hi all,
I have a login issue with my smart LG TV, model 32LN570R-ZA. Software version: 04.22.11
When I try to login into my personal youtube account using the default YouTube app integrated in the LG SmartTV apps, it says that I need to go to youtube.com/activate and enter a password that the TV have generated.
I followed the instructions and went to youtube.com/active with my web browser, and once I login to my profile and enter the password it shows a message 'Success. YouTubeTV have been authorized ...., to proceed go back to your device. Afterwards after I open the YouTube app, then another password is generated and no login options are available.
I tried 5 times to enter passwords into youtube.com/activate and everytime it says. YouTubeTV successfuly authorized, but when I tried to login it generates yet another password.
Am I missing something?
