lg smart tv error message 'unable to support usb device`

Hi,

I just connected for the first time a flash drive to the usb port of the tv..I disconnecting without to follow the procedure to eject from the tv.After that i have the mesage 'unable to suppot usb device` and after that `usb device disconnecting`.....but this is not the only..when i use the smart tv (apps,internet..)the message pops up and th system throws me out from the smart tv
Can anyone knows anything?

Sorry I only know a few things.

I'd reformat/reload this USB drive and try again. I don't see make/model of all things but for the models that record on USB, well you have to format it on the TV. But then I would be using my old crystal ball.

Have you format the media on the TV. Remember I can't find the model number so I am guessing a lot here.
