LG smart TV apps problem

I have an LG smart TV, but for almost a week now have been unable to access the various apps - Netflix, YouTube, Facebook etc. I can't get on the internet either but the wireless says it is connected and works fine for my phone and laptop. I've tried unplugging the TV and restarting but no change. Any ideas what I can try next?

No idea yet. I don't know whether to contact LG or Comcast and haven't had time to call either yet.
