Sounds defective. Back to where you bought it to ask for another.
I have a LG Leon H320 and sometimes when i make phone calls or people call me it turns the call off, the phone is still on, only the call shuts down.. I have tried to hard reset the phone, set everything to factory settings, but still no good.. can you help me?
