LG LED Screen Crack 3 weeks old

Apr 4, 2016 10:58AM PDT

I just bought a new 65 inch LED LG Tv.. I have it hanging and took it down so Dirtectv could upgrade me to 4K.. When I put it back up and turned it back on the screen appeared to be cracked on the inside. It looks brand new on the outside still, with no phyiscal damage. I was also ever so careful when hanging this tv and had the help of a friend due to the size of the tv. It has never been dropped or abused or the victim of an accident. I am getting a bit of a runaround with LG on this matter. They are telling me that the panel is cracked and this the warranty does not cover physical damage. I sure hope they make a tv that is able to be handled enough to hang. Does anyone have any suggestions?? How do I get this covered under warranty since I did nothing out of the ordinary except hang my tv.. It almost seems to me like there was an underlying problem and it finally cracked. Sorry if I rambled, pretty upset at the whole situation.
