Clarification Request
Why do this without the internet?
Apr 26, 2017 10:11AM PDT

The last time I did this, it required a net connection. Anyhow, be sure to post this over on XDA Forums to see if anyone has a no internet method.

That's too short for me to guess what you meant.

Since I need the internet to get to their site, it fails your requirement of no net connection.

My nod again is to do this with an internet connection plus be sure your OS is clean, stock and not overprotected plus you followed instructions to the letter.

For example a poor soul could not install the drivers. I had the luck of working their issue and I followed the instructions and it installed letting the owner tell me what they thought was different. What was it? In that case the device was not to be plugged in until the drivers installed. They had plugged in the device and it just went badly. I can't know if your device is like that.
