Time to press them to fix it or refund. I have the LG G4 and camera is fine. But and this is important, I installed all of 2 apps to date.
I have an LG K4 phone whose camera often doesn't work. "Doesn't work" means that everything seems normal up until I press the shutter release... then, nothing.
I can't be sure, but I think the camera is just being fussy about what it considers an acceptable picture. If the light is too dim or too bright, or I'm trying to shoot through a window that confuses the autofocus, or there's a distracting object in the foreground, or... you get the idea.
Is there any way to make the camera take a picture when I want it to, instead of when it's pleased to do me a favor?
This phone replaces an older but fancier LG phone that gave me no such problems. The K4's camera fails so often that it's just about useless.
