Question

LG G6 Speech to Text in Message+

Speech to Text is not working in Message+; the Google screen comes up with the green circle/microphone, but no Tap to speak. The settings appear to be correct. The microphone works to record and audio text message.

thanks, got it figured out; had to force stop message+, reboot phone and Ta da! It's working!

Sorry but I often forget to reboot Android as the solution. Most have done that by the time they hit forums.
