Try it without the sim or sd card. After that it's usually the mainboard which means all data you didn't backup is lost.
This event happens a lot with smart phones. That is, the lesson is to keep backups on your PCs and smart devices for the day it fails.
I charged my phone to 100% and was using it before it froze. The screen went black after and then it wouldn't turn on. i tried removing the battery and pressing the power button, removing the battery and then sim before holding the power button for 60 sec and putting everything back in, but it still won't turn on. please help, i have a lot of data on my phone and i really don't want to get a new one!
