LG G4 display issues

Hi guys! I really need your help! I've got an LG G4 since July 2015. A month ago, a straight vertical line appeared on the left part of my display. I did't drop the phone, I didn't wet it, I was just watching something on YouTube. Later that day,the line disappeared but it appeared back again after a few days and it also appeared again. Somedays it was constant, stayed on the screen a whole day, sometimes it disappeared in a few seconds.
Is this a hardware or a software problem?
I bought the phone from MEDIA MARKT DEUTSCHLAND, and now I'm out of the country and I will not go back soon. Do you know if MEDIA MARKT offers warranty for their products? I mailed them the issue, asking them if they offer warranty and they told me to go to a local store. Well ,that's not possible because in Romania they haven't got MEDIAMARKT. (The phone was bought by my mother, that's why I don't know for sure if I have or have not got warranty.)
Do you guys can tell me anything about this issue? I just don't know what to do anymore.

As I don't rep for them your best bet is to email them and see. If they respond, you can ship it back to mom as she was the buyer.

I mailed them a message, asking them if they offer warranty for their products, they replied and they only told me to go to a local store and talk to an employer who's gonna be happy to help me.
