Lg g2 mini error

I wantes to root my phone with lg one click root but then my phone reboots after 45% it says error unable to find serial key or something like that please helpHappy

Check the user manual about how to return to factory conditions. If that works, either try again, try another root or decide not to root.

Did factory reset didnt help this is the error im getting ; ERROR: The system was unable to find the specified registry key or value.

http://imgur.com/a/q94r2 ok it says root is done and then i downloaded app to check if my phone is rooted it says Root access is not properly installed on this device Device : Lg d620 android version : 5.0.2 What is the problem?

I think someone tried to root the phone

To me that's the problem. Such can screw up a phone to the point it needs to be reflashed back to factory condition. The problem I've run into that the user gets it back in working condition and they root it again.

The cycle repeats until they break the phone.
