LG Customer Service

Really net very good at all, their website says..

"We aim to resolve all complaints in a positive and expedient manner" and
"LG sees every customer complaint as an opportunity to maintain confidence in its products and services"

Neither are true, they offered to replace a faulty tv, at 30% of its value only if they took away the faulty one. It still works, but the picture isn't good anymore, but seeing as I can't afford a replacement I wanted to hang onto the old one till I could, but LG insist they will not compensate me at all unless they take the old tv.

They were rude, slow to respond and even tried to infer that it was under Australian consumer Law to take back the tv.. very very poor service
