LG CU500 Adding Calendar by SD?

by eggdashure / October 22, 2007 12:59 AM PDT

New to the forum! = )

Anyway, I have an LG CU500 and I want to be able to add my outlook calendar to the phone. The problem is that I don't have a bluetooth capable laptop and I lost my USB cable on a recent trip. I am wondering if there is any way to use my micro SD card to transfer that info to the phone? If so, does anyone know the procedure?

I've been around Windows CE since it came out and have yet to see such a feature. I'll write no. Adding a bluetooth dongle to the laptop looks like the fast and cheap cure. I paid less than 10 bucks for the last one.

In reply to: "Never".

All right,

It was a more of a "that would be good temporary fix!" Anyway, thanks! I'll keep checking back.

Not that it matters, but I know when I load up music on that card I have to get the phone to "recognize" that it has music. I was hoping there was a way to load up the actual file and import it in the same way.

The recognition of the MP3 files is done with the MP3 player application. Since you may have no choice in the MP3 player such controls may be under lock and key.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
